Who is a care package for?

Heart-to-Heart Care Packages

Heart-to-Heart Care Packages are available at no cost for anyone residing in Tennessee who is currently receiving chemotherapy or radiation for breast cancer. You do not need to be a Breast Connect member or have had any previous connection with us.

Whether you are preparing to begin treatment, or are already in the middle of it, you are eligible. There is no deadline — if you are still in treatment, you can request a care package.

You do not have to request one for yourself. Family, friends, and members of your care teams are welcome to request a package on your behalf.
