Every program we offer is built on the lived experiences of women who understand the journey. We believe that connection, education, and community are the most powerful tools a breast cancer patient can have — and we are committed to providing them freely, with love.
Program
Heart-to-Heart Care Packages
From our hearts to yours, our Heart-to-Heart Care Packages are provided free of charge to breast cancer patients in Tennessee undergoing chemotherapy or radiation. Thoughtfully created by sister survivors who have been through treatment themselves, each package is filled with comforting and practical items chosen to make treatment days a little easier—and to remind you that you are cared for, supported, and never alone.
This program is free to any patient residing in the state of Tennessee. Packages hold a mix of handmade and practical comfort items — see the full list.

Flower Deliveries
Since the very beginning of Breast Connect, we’ve sent beautiful bouquets of fresh flowers to breast cancer patients after surgery — because every woman deserves to feel cared for during recovery. More than just flowers, each bouquet is a simple gesture with a heartfelt message from sister survivors who understand the journey. We want to remind you that you are supported, Breast Connect is thinking of you, and that with us, you are never alone.
Flower deliveries are free to any patient residing in the state of Tennessee. Give us your surgery date and delivery address on the request form and we’ll take care of the rest — see what a delivery includes.

Program
Sisterhood Match Program
Our Sisterhood program is central to the mission of Breast Connect. We provide those affected by breast cancer with access to someone who has already been through a similar situation. Those who have participated in our program found the experience to be empowering, educational, and reassuring.
Breast Connect matches newly diagnosed patients with breast cancer survivors based on very specific criteria. We collect information from both the patient and the survivor, such as the type of breast cancer, surgeries, treatment plans, and family details. The information is then used to find the best match possible.
