Every program we offer is built on the lived experiences of women who understand the journey. We believe that connection, education, and community are the most powerful tools a breast cancer patient can have — and we are committed to providing them freely, with love.
Program
Heart-to-Heart Care Packages
From our hearts to yours, our Heart-to-Heart Care Packages are specially designed by sister survivors for newly diagnosed patients undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatment. Containing items that comfort and soothe, our care packages provide a sampling of our favorite things to help you through your journey.
Our complimentary care packages are available at no cost to the patient and contain:

Program
Flower Deliveries
We send a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers to breast cancer patients after their breast surgery — because every woman deserves to feel cared for during recovery. This simple gesture from sister survivors reminds patients that they are not alone in their journey.
Flower deliveries are complimentary and arranged by our team to arrive within a few days of your surgery. Please fill out the request form with your surgery date and delivery address.

Program
Sisterhood Match Program
Our Sisterhood program is central to the mission of Breast Connect. We provide those affected by breast cancer with access to someone who has already been through a similar situation. Those who have participated in our program found the experience to be empowering, educational, and reassuring.
Breast Connect matches newly diagnosed patients with breast cancer survivors based on very specific criteria. We collect information from both the patient and the survivor, such as the type of breast cancer, surgeries, treatment plans, and family details. The information is then used to find the best match possible.
