Women’s Doubles: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Arrive by 7:40 AM)

Men’s Doubles: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Arrive by 11:40 AM)

Co-ed Doubles: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Arrive by 3:40 PM)

• Arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled tournament time to check in. The Check-In table will open at 7:30 AM. Outside practice courts are open – out of courtesy for others, please limit warm-ups. 
• To help the tournament run smoothly, you will receive text messages informing you of when/where you will play your next match. Please arrive at the check in desk five minutes prior to your start time. 
• Each registrant will receive a goodie bag with a bottle of water. Awards will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place at the end of each double’s tournament. First place winners for each skill level will also receive a Selkirk hat and a gift certificate for the Yummy Eats food truck outside. Event t-shirts will be available to purchase for $20. 
• Get your Team Spirit on and come dressed in costume or matching outfits! The team with the best costumes will win Four VIP Tickets to see Here Come the Mummies. 

PARKING

We are expecting a full house on tournament day! Pickleville has several paved spots. There is additional parking in the gravel lot behind Domino’s Pizza next door. 

FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGNS

Our goal is to raise $20,000 through team fundraising campaigns. We appreciate your team participation and fundraising efforts! Fundraising will continue throughout the day of the event. Prizes will be awarded to an individual and a team that collects the highest total donations by the end of the tournament at 8:00PM. Our winning team receives 4 tickets to the UT v. Vanderbilt game.

There will be a UT Prize Pack raffle with a signed UT football and two tickets to the UT v. Vanderbilt football game. Raffle tickets are $10. Attendees can also participate in the Silent Auction which includes exciting pickleball prizes. 

DETAILS of the DAY!

• 8:00AM – 10:00AM – Complimentary breakfast and coffee will be available in the morning.
• 10:00AM – 6:00PM – Performance Fitness, Inc. and Lincoln Memorial University will be onsite to offer complimentary stretches before or after your match. First come, first serve! You must complete a waiver to participate. 
• 12:00PM – 7:00PM – Food will be available for purchase onsite from Yummy Eats Food Truck.
• 12:00PM – 7:30PM – Bar area will be serving some refreshing drinks for purchase and 100% of beverage purchases will benefit Breast Connect. The Drink Menu includes:
  • Specialty cocktails by D&V Distributing: Dink & Drink Sour, Match Point Mammarita
  • Beer by Cherokee Distributing: Pacifico, Yee-Haw Cerveza, Truly, and Non-alcoholic Sierra Trail
  • Powerade by Coca-Cola
