From our hearts to yours, our Heart-to-Heart Care Packages are specially designed by sister survivors for newly diagnosed patients undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatment. Containing items that comfort and soothe, our care packages provide a sampling of our favorite things to help you through your journey.
Heart-to-Heart Care Packages
Our customized Heart-to-Heart Care Packages are filled with essential items to help patients who need chemotherapy or radiation treatment. Each care package contains unique and thoughtful products that our members and sister survivors found beneficial while undergoing treatment. We also include additional items as they become available through generous donations.
Our complimentary care packages are available at no cost to the patient and contain the following items:
- Heart-shaped Healing Pillow
- Warm Socks
- Lotion/Aloe
- Tea
- Mints
- Lip Balm
- Pen & Journal

For breast cancer patients who live in East Tennessee and have an upcoming surgery for a lumpectomy or mastectomy, Breast Connect will send complimentary flowers. For those who are receiving chemotherapy or radiation treatment, we will provide free Heart-to-Heart Care Packages. Please click on the button below to complete the request form.

Mastectomy Kits by Courage to Conquer Cancer
Breast Connect partners with Courage to Conquer Cancer to provide mastectomy kits for women who are undergoing single or double mastectomies. These kits include beneficial post-surgical supplies and patient education for breast cancer patients in Tennessee and Texas who require breast surgery. These are available at no cost to the patient.
