Caroline Timpson

Executive Director

Caroline Timpson is a thyroid cancer survivor, marketing professional, and passionate community builder who is celebrating four years in remission. Her own journey with cancer showed her the profound impact of finding connection and support during a difficult season, inspiring her to join Breast Connect and help others experience the same sense of community that made a difference in her recovery. Caroline’s career spans over a decade of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, and audience engagement across multiple industries, including education publishing, nonprofit workforce development, and commercial real estate. She has led high-impact campaigns, developed partnerships, and consulted for global brands such as Google, Coca-Cola, and Disney, bringing a data-driven and creative approach to every initiative.

Caroline holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Tennessee Tech and has a proven track record of combining analytical insight with storytelling to connect organizations to their audiences in meaningful ways. In addition to her professional work, she is dedicated to creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys playing chess, sewing, and exploring estate sales in search of hidden treasures—all usually with a chai latte in hand. She is also a devoted cat mom to two spoiled felines. Through her role at Breast Connect, Caroline is committed to honoring the legacy of strong women who built the organization while ensuring that no one faces breast cancer alone.
